The court proved he was a drug dealer.
Record
The sale charges trace to the courier's statements and to a statement he gave without a lawyer and later retracted. At trial she said police told her to report more than she had.
The first count rests on her statements alone. The next three rest on her statements, on the lead operative's testimony, which the defense showed came from her, and on Travis's own retracted June 7-8 statements. No messages, no phone data, no bank records and no surveillance were produced.
