Free Travis Leake is the public campaign supporting Michael "Travis" Leake and his family.
Travis is an American citizen, U.S. Air Force veteran, musician and English teacher serving 13 years in Russia. The court's own file contradicts the case against him. This site publishes that record so that anyone can check it: officials, reporters, and the public.
The campaign asks the State Department to review the record and determine that he is wrongfully detained under the Levinson Act, to raise his case at senior levels, and to bring him home.
Our standard is simple. Record facts carry their page numbers. Claims are attributed. Errors are corrected without weakening the case.
