Nothing in his home was charged as for sale
No drug found in his home was charged as intended for sale.
The fifth count is simple possession. Police seized three substances from the apartment: a small bag of mephedrone powder weighing 0.35 grams, a taped bundle of mephedrone weighing 1.29 grams, and a single MDMA tablet weighing 0.54 grams.
The defense conceded at trial that the small quantity on the table, "in a microscopic dose," was for his own use. It disputed the bundle and the tablet, which Travis has always said the police planted.
He is not serving 13 years for that powder. He is serving 13 years for sales that rest on one witness's word.
